What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect information about you during the signup process as well as some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.

What we collect and store

When you subscribe with us, we’ll ask you to provide an email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • — Send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders.
  • — Create your membership account

How long we retain your data

We store information about you for as long as your account exists.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, site Owner/Administrators can access:

  • — Order information such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address.

Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrator(s).

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Privacy Policy

Coyote Fitness UK takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. 

We will not share your personal data with any third party. Your personal information is for contact purposes directly related to your Coyote Fitness Uk membership.

I consent to the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and confirm that I have reviewed and understood the information on how Coyote Fitness UK intends to process my personal data.

Coyote Fitness UK DISCLAIMER

  1. Coyote Fitness UK strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. 
  2. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Coyote Fitness UK from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Coyote Fitness UK.
  3. I am not a doctor. The information I provide is based on my personal experience, relevant qualifications and studies of health and fitness within children and adults, and my experience as a Fitness Professional and Children’s Fitness Specialist.

The information contained in our website, blog, guest blogs, e-mails, programs, services and/or products is for educational and informational purposes only, and is made available to you as self-help tools to lead a healthy, active lifestyle for you and your families own use. While we draw on our prior professional expertise and background in many areas, you acknowledge that we are supporting you in our roles exclusively as fitness coaches only. We provide information concerning, but not limited to, health and fitness within children and adults.
  5. We are not medical health practitioners or mental health providers and we are not holding ourselves out to be in any capacity. Rather, we serve as coaches, mentors and guides who help you reach your own health and wellness goals.
